The Global Slavery Index 2018, by the Australia-based rights group called the Walk Free Foundation.

The Global Slavery Index is an annual study of world-wide slavery conditions by country, extrapolation, and a country-level adjustment to determine the prevalence of people in modern slavery around the world in the Global Slavery Index. This year’s data show there are 40.3 million people trapped in modern day slavery, and 71% of those are female. Some of the main products manufactured by those in forced labor are personal electronics, clothing, fish, cocoa, and sugarcane. Check out the full index below to learn more.
